Mayfield March 17, 1966,Fort Walton Beach, FL. Survivors include three daughters, Martha Daines, Albuquerque,NM, Dayle Daines, Seattle WA, and Sharon Vickrey, Rio Rancho; one son, Terry Mayfield, Las Vegas, NV; three grandsons, Neil Mayfield, David Brown, III, and Ian Brown; and a great-granddaughter, Taylor Mayfield. Services were held at Clark Chapel of Memories in Neosho, MO, October 28, 2003, with Dr. Jerry Seigel officiating. Interment was in Price Cemetery in McDonald County, MO.
