HARMS -- Susan T. Harms passed away to be with the good Lord on Friday, October 24, 2003. Susan was born on January 30, 1955 in Crestview, FL. Susan leaves behind her soul mate, her husband Bob Harms, they spent too little of her life time with each other. Susan also leaves behind two beautiful daughters and grandchildren, Samantha Edge of Santa Fe and her two children, Clinton and Dylan; and Christina Braden and her daughter Krisha. Krisha couldn't understand why anyone would be upset about Nana dying because she was going to join Jesus. Susan is also survived by her mother, Helen Thomas Helms in Crestview FL; her oldest sister Mary Lee and husband Donald; her next to oldest sister Barbara Bledsoe and husband Jerry, and their two children Jeff and Jason of Sentalabia, Mississippi; her younger brother Robert L. Thomas and wife Kathy, and their two children Robbie and Sara of Crestview FL; her youngest sister Kathleen "Kat" Peterson and husband Ronald, and their daughter Raven of Crestview FL. Susan is also survived by Bob's mother, Katie Weisch, who became like her own mother, and Bob's step-dad, Richard of Albuquerque; Bob's sister Maureen Branch and husband Paul, and their two children, Adam and Darren of Woodridge, VA. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Susan had a love for her husband, family and friends. She would like to thank everyone one last time for all the prayers and thoughts during her battle with cancer. The phone calls, the flowers, the cards from the groups she knew at Intel always made her day bright. To the worlds greatest doctor, Amy Tarnower, thank you to the oncology/chemo departments at Lovelace. Your teams have the biggest hearts. Also to Dana, her hospice care nurse, and to her health care givers, Christina and Bob, she wouldn't have made it as long as she did without you. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Friends may visit French Mortuary on Monday, October 27, 2003 from 5-8 p.m. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the UNM Cancer Research, M.S.C.
