HARTMAN -- Hilary J. Hartman, 77, who died September 28, 2003, always tried to live her life audaciously, cherishing the old, old friends and ideas, but embracing new ideas and new friends. She is survived by four loving children, Mary Hartman Snepinger, Robert Hartman, Paul Hartman and Dan Hartman; two daughters-in-law, Sue Hartman and Chris Hartman; four beautiful grandchildren, Brian Snepinger, Laura Snepinger , Steven Hartman and Katie Hartman; and her beloved companion, Hubert O. Davis Jr., the joy of her late life. Hilary lived in Albuquerque the past 11 years. Prior to that she lived in the Denver area for 32 years, and taught at Emily Griffitt Opportunity School. A private memorial in celebration of Hilary's life will be held by family and close friends at a later date. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th NW Albuquerque, 343-8008.
