Reubold -- Arthur Reubold, born October 3, 1903, died in Albuquerque on July 7, 1998. He was raised in Chicago, Illinois and attended the University of Illinois at Champaign. He married Jeanne Sawyer on May 10, 1945. Art and Jeanne moved to Menasha, WI after their daughter, Catherine was born. Art worked for Gilbert Paper Company until his retirement. He then started his second career as a volunteer working with children as a school crossing guard and then a playground supervisor in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Albuquerque. His volunteer work lasted 30 years until he was age 93. Because of his volunteer work he was nominated several times for the Jefferson Award. He was also active in senior bowling leagues in Albuquerque until age 93. He was a life member of BPOE 461. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Jeanne; and his daughter, Catherine, both of Albuquerque. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister; brother; and daughter, Ellen. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 10, 2:00 p.m., at the clubhouse of North Hills Mobile Home Park, 7600 Louisiana NE.
