Fifield -- Jane Dovie Fifield, 73, passed away July 2, 1998 at her home. She is survived by her niece, Susan Miller; great-niece, Megan; and great-nephew, Troy. Dovie retired in 1979 from the Dept. of the Air Force, Military Air Command, Kirtland AFB. She was a life member of the Soroptimist International since March of 1952 of El Centro, CA and became active in Albuquerque since June, 1963. She was also active in NARFE. Her active collection of special dolls was shared with the Sandia Doll Club. Her many friends will remember her kindness, generosity, and her community commitment. There will be no services. The family requests that those who wish to remember Dovie to make donations to a charity of their choice.
