Wyrick -- Mary Lou Hughes Wyrick, age 61, of Corrales, NM, died Saturday, August 22, 1998. A Special Education teacher in Albuquerque for over 27 years, she was a member of the Church of Christ and the Orton Society. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jimmie Howard Wyrick; two daughters, Yolanda"Yodie" Baird and her husband, Jim of Edmond, OK and Michelle Uretsky of Dallas; her mother, Beatrice Brown of Edmond; and two grandsons, James and Taylor Baird, both of Edmond. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 5, at Rogers Cemetery in Snyder, OK. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, September 6, at Memorial Road Church of Christ in Edmond, OK. Dr. Jim Baird will officiate the services. Honorary pallbearers will be James Baird, Taylor Baird, James Goodhue, A.J. Purswell, Bob Wyrick, and Ed Paschich. Arrangements are by Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th St., Little Rock, (501) 661-9111. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
