Sandoval -- George Natividad Sandoval, 84, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque passed away, Thursday, September 10, 1998. He was born in Alameda to Alfredo and Isabel Sandoval. He was raised by his loving grandparents, Francisco and Lucia Lucero Y Montoya. He was a veteran of World War II where he served in Europe in the Army. He was a self-employed Painting Contractor for many years and then retired from the old Batann Hospital as a painter. He is survived by his loving wife, Frances Sandoval of Albuquerque; step-daughter, Janice Biro and husband, Mickey of Chicago, IL; sister, Jessie Nuanes of Albuquerque; nephew, Henry Nuanes and wife, Ginger of Albuquerque; and many other nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Agnes; brothers, Joseph and Charlie; and sisters, Stella and Lucia. Rosary will be recited Sunday, 4:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE with Deacon Bob Lewis reciting. Mass will be celebrated, Monday, 11:00 a.m. at St. Theresa Little Flower Church, 3400 4th St. NW with Father John Plans celebrant. Interment will take place 1:30 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Friends may visit, French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE Sunday, 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
