Kesler -- George Kesler, 86, passed away November 13, 1998. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia A. Kesler; daughters, by his first marriage to June Marie Kesler, Susan Stepp and husband, Leroy and Madelon Nichols and husband, Eddie, both of Albuquerque; eight stepchildren by his present wife, Sandra Sue Edwards, Sarah Mason and husband, Kenneth, both of Abilene, TX, Jackie Barton and wife, Brenda, of Pineville, LA, Jimmie Barton and wife Gaye, of Dalhart, TX, Ronnie Barton and wife, Ellen, of Albuquerque, Rickie Barton and wife, Bernice, of Hayle, TX, Shiela Hoffpauir, of Pineville, LA and Susan Cue and husband, Rick, of Albuquerque; five stepchildren by his previous marriage to Sarah Sayed, 26 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 15, 1998 form 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave. SE. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 16, 1998, at 2:00 p.m. in Palm Chapel of Strong-Thorne Mortuary. Pastor Don Ciesielski officiating. Interment will follow in Sandia Memory Gardens, 9500 Paseo Del Norte. Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave SE, in charge of arrangements.
