Noel -- Opal D. Noel, cherished wife of the Rev. John J. Noel and beloved mother of DeAnna Hare and Sharon Cole, finally found peace and release from pain on October 31, 1998 after a long illness. Opal Dean Chisum was born in Rocky Ford, Colorado on June 1, 1919 to Edgar and Lucille Lasater Chisum, and is survived by two sisters, Velma Robertson and Beatrice Moore, both of California."Nana" is also survived by her grandchildren, Michelle Cole Hallett and husband, Rick, Tami Cole, C. Michael Cole and wife, Annette, Christopher Cole and wife, Madeline, Ariana Brisbois Hunke and Jana Brisbois."Grand-Nana" was also very proud of six great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services and Requiem Mass will be at St. Peter's Anglican Catholic Church, Paseo del Norte at Eubank, on Friday, November 6, 10:00 a.m., with the Rev. Michael Oberdin officiating.
