Dilorenzo -- Irene DiLorenzo, a resident of Albuquerque died, Wednesday, December 23, 1998. She is survived by her three children, James DiLorenzo and wife, Emily, Charles DiLorenzo and wife, Kathleen and Madonna DiLorenzo Castleman and husband, Ronald; five grandchildren, Annette DiLorenzo, David DiLorenzo and wife, Kim, Vincent DiLorenzo and wife, Jeannie, C. Paul DiLorenzo and Ross Alarid; three great-great-grandchildren, Madison, Mitchel and Thomas and twins expected in January; two sisters, Cleo Nooger and Lucille CdeBaca of Santa Fe; and her beloved cousins, Mary Louise Branum and Angie Kramer. Irene was preceded in death by her husband, Edmund DiLorenzo a long time automobile dealer in Albuquerque. She was born in Las Vegas, NM daughter of Hipolito CdeBaca and Cleofas Guerin. Irene was active in the St. Francis Cathedral Altar Society and was a post president. She was a past chairwoman for the March of Dimes in Santa Fe. Irene was a volunteer for the American Cancer Society in Albuquerque in assisting in the transportation of Cancer Patients for treatment. She was a member of Risen Savior Catholic Church. Irene was a contributor to many charitable organizations and a sponsor of a Presidential Scholarship at the University of New Mexico. Rosary will be recited, Sunday, 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE with Father Paul Baca reciting. Mass will be celebrated, Monday, 11:30 a.m. at Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE with Father Paul Baca celebrant. Entombment will take at Gate of Heave. Memorial contributions can be made to Presbyterian Hospice, 1100 Central SE, 87106. French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
