Milligan -- Eduvijen Milligan, 83, beloved and devoted mother, grandmother and sister was called home to be with the Lord Monday, September 28, 1998. She was born on February 28, 1915 in Tularosa, NM, daughter of Amado and Necolosa Aragon; she was a resident of Albuquerque; she was a parishioner of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Peralta, NM. She was preceded in death by her husband Benjamin Milligan. She is survived by six daughters, Sister Angelina of Jefferson City, MO, Mary Twilley and husband, Richard of Albuquerque, Jessie Kufman and husband, Karl of Phoenix, AZ, Rita Baca and husband, Robert of Albuquerque, Lucy Milligan also of Albuquerque, Teresita McGathin and husband, David of Peston, VA; two sons, Jerome Milligan and wife, Agnes of Estancia, NM, Sammy Milligan of Albuquerque; 20 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Domacio Aragon of Albuquerque. She will be greatly missed by her loving family. Visitations will be held this evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Garcia Mortuary, corner of 8th and Stover, where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Peralta, NM. Interment will follow at the Peralta Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Bobby Baca, Tony Cordova, Joshua Gardner, David Chacon, Robert Baca and Sammy Milligan. Arrangements are under the direction of Garcia Mortuary, 717 Stover Ave., SW.
