Cameron -- Robert G."Bob" Cameron, 67, a resident of Albuquerque since 1985, died Sunday, March 8, 1998. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Gwen Cameron of Albuquerque; daughter, Florence Cameron; son, Robert Cameron; step-daughter, Elizabeth Hanson and husband, Keith; and grandchildren, Anna and John. Mr. Cameron was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, having served during the Korean War. He then achieved a Master's Degree in Engineering. Before moving here from New Jersey, he was employed as a Personnel Manager and then retired from A. T. & T. Mr. Cameron was an active volunteer with the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) at the Bear Canyon Senior Citizen Center where he gave computer classes. Mr. Cameron was a member of the New Mexico Computer Society, and wrote a column for their monthly newsletter. He was also a Microsoft Beta Tester. Services will be held Thursday, 12:30 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas NE, with Pastor Mick Erickson officiating. Interment will take place at 3:00 p.m., at the Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 501 Broadway SE, Albuquerque, NM 87102, or to Joy Junction, 4500 2nd St. SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105. French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE.
