Whitaker -- Catherine D. Whitaker, 77, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on February 16, 1998. She is survived by her daughter, Judi Romero and husband, Vic; two sons, John H. Anderson and Ferrell Whitaker; two brothers, Richard Neel and wife, Joan, John Neal and wife, Mary; two sisters, Virginia Montgomery and husband, Harold, and Jane Register; two grandchildren, Stacia and Brandon Romero. Her family would like to express their gratitude for all the love, care and compassion that has been shown to them by friends, family and the Anna Kaseman Hospital and Hospice. A private memorial service is planned for Sunday, Feb. 21, 1999. Arrangements for the Cremation were made by the Sunrise Society of New Mexico, 891-8200.
