Cox -- Hazel L. Cox, 91, a resident of Albuquerque for 55 years, died Thursday, June 24, 1999."Why do we wait 'til someone dies to say or write fine words of praise? 'Tis the living who should daily hear accolades or an inspiring phrase." She is survived by her daughters, Mary Jo Juul and husband, Bob of Bosque Farms, Alice J. Brannen of Albuquerque, Loretta Jean Edgar of Bonham, TX; sons, Cecil L. Cox and wife, Sherry of Edgewood and Miller Dean Cox and wife, Irene of Albuquerque; and a legacy of grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Miller L. Cox in 1995; and her daughter, H. Nadine MacDonald in 1998. Mrs. Cox was a member of Central Assembly of God Church. She was a great mother and grandmother who spent her life taking care of her family. Services will be held Tuesday, June 29, 1999, 1:30 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. Pallbearers will be Miller Dean Cox, Cecil L. Cox, Robert Juul, Ronald Kelso, Frank Camillo, and Ken West. French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE.
