Bryant -- Helen Wilson Bryant, age 80, of Frampton Hall and widow of G. Orell Bryant, died Sunday, May 23, 1999 in the National Health Care Center of Clinton, South Carolina. She was born in Abbeville, South Carolina and was a daughter of the late J. Robert and Janie Wilson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Westminister Presbyterian Church in Greenville, South Carolina. Surviving is one daughter, Sarah Bryant Ortmann of Albuquerque; two sisters, Mary Edwards of Greenwood, SC and Francis Hagen of Abbeville, SC; and two grandchildren, Fred Ortmann and wife, Palmar and Clayton Ortmann, all of Albuquerque. She was predeceased by a daughter, Elizabeth Jean Bryant. A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in Frampton Hall Chapel with burial in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Greenville at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at Gray Funeral Home, Clinton, SC.
