Sandoval -- Mr. Alcario A. Sandoval passed away January 28, 1999. He was born in Puerta De Luna, New Mexico on December 23, 1922 and moved to Albuquerque in 1955. He retired from Bradbury and Stamm as an equipment operator. After that, his time was spent with his family, gardening, reading and traveling with his wife and family. Mr. Sandoval was a Hermano de La Morada de San Jose and a member of the St. Anne Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Ramona Sandoval; sons, Anthony Sandoval and wife, Margo and Albert Sandoval and wife, Shannon; daughters, Gloria Maruch and husband, Charlie, Margaret Stinson, Arvina Sandoval, and Annette Illescas and husband, Erik; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Sandoval will be held on Saturday at the St. Anne Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Los Hermanos de San Jose. A Rosary for Mr. Sandoval will be recited on Friday evening, 7:00 p.m., at the St. Anne Church.
