Hildebrandt -- On October 13, 2000 Kenneth Rutheford Hildebrandt, born in Northfield, Minnesota, went to be with the Lord. At this time he was residing in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to relocating to the southwest, Ken was a Regional Sales Manager for the Chrysler Corporation, based in Spokane, Washington. When relocating to Albuquerque, NM, Ken became the Business Administrator of First Presbyterian Church from 1960 to 1969. In semi-retirement he worked for B&H Wholesale as General Manager. Kenneth was active in church work throughout his life and managed rental properties during his retirement years. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Hazel B. Hildebrandt; a son, Wayne K. Hildebrandt of Albuquerque; and a daughter, Joan Martinez of Phoenix, AZ. Also surviving is a daughter-in-law, Virginia Hildebrandt; a son-in-law, Richard Martinez; and five grandchildren, Gary Hildebrandt of Phoenix, AZ, Timothy Hildebrandt of Albuquerque, Ann Gonzalez of Glendale, AZ, Robert Martinez of Phoenix, AZ, and Rick Martinez of Corona, CA; and six great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on October 21, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at First Presbyterian Church, 215 Locust NE, Albuquerque, NM.
