Matthews -- Nichole Matthews, 26, a resident of Rio Rancho. She is survived by her parents, Vickie and Larry Albert of Rio Rancho; brother, Jason Booe and wife, Dena of Denver; grandmother, Winters Matthews of Munday, TX; grandfather, Cecil Booe of Munday, TX; grandparents, Carolyn and Bob Gehman of Nazareth, PA. She graduated from Cibola High School in 1991 and from the University of New Mexico in 1995, obtaining a Bachelors degree in Psychology. Nichole was the Human Resource Director for Coca-Cola Company. Memorial services will be held Thursday, 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary-Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Battered Women's Shelter, P.O. Box 336, 87103.
