Hofinger -- Emil Lee Hofinger, 67, a resident of Albuquerque since 1967, died Friday, September 22, 2000. She is survived by her husband, Ludwig A. Hofinger of the family home; daughters, Susie Sanchez and husband, Gilbert of Albuquerque, Jenny Price of Denver, CO, Elisabeth Hibdon of Bosque Farms, Diedre Hofinger of Albuquerque; five grandchildren, Frank Sanchez and wife, K'Ann, Angela Sanchez, Stephen Sanchez, Kevin Hibdon, and Ryan Hibdon; great-grandson, Tyler Sanchez; and sister, Julia Broman and husband, Charles of Dickenson, TX. Emil Lee graduated from St. Mary's Hospital School of Nursing in 1953 in Kansas City, MO. She was a lifelong member of the Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking and gardening. Emil Lee was co-owner and manager of Sparkle Truck Wash. Memorial services will be held Monday, 10:00 a.m., at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd. NW, with Father John Conway, Celebrant. French Mortuary-Westside, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW.
