Lundy -- Carmen Lundy, age 88, passed from this life into eternity on Sunday, July 2, 2000 at her residence in Truth or Consequences, NM. She is survived by sons, Larry Lundy and wife, Deanie of Edgewood, Dan Lundy and his companion, Ellen Gray of Truth or Consequences; sister, Rachel Price of Clayton; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl in 1977. Mrs. Lundy was born in Carlisle, Arkansas on January 26, 1912 and married Earl Lundy October 31, 1929 in Albuquerque. She was the daughter of Jess and Nannie Norman and was the oldest of five children, three of which have preceded her in death. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Friday, July 7, 2000, 3:00 p.m. at French Mortuary - Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Jim Price and John Wegter officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Attn: Melissa Vialpando, 5800 Lomas Blvd. NE, 87110.
