Conner -- Maj. Lloyd W. Conner, (US Army, retired) 77, a resident of Albuquerque since 1961, died Sunday July 2, 2000. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Helen; daughter, Katherine O�Neal and husband, Larry of Albuquerque; son, David Conner and wife, Alice of Loveland, CO.; grandchildren, Rebecca Rowley and husband, Steve, Lee Ann Lofstrom and husband, Chris, William O�Neal and wife, Tami and Kevin O�Neal and wife, Tara; great- grandchildren, Justice and Raven; and sister, Wilba May Cox of Milton, FL. Mr. Conner was a graduate of UNM and he served his country in the US Army for 21 years during WWII and the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the US Army Retired Officers Association and of the National Systems Safety Society. Services will be held Thursday, 11:00 a.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd N.E. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 7121Wyoming Blvd. NE, Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in the name of Lloyd W.
