Rael -- Albert Rael, 86 years old, born 11/20/13 at Emery Gap, NM near Folsom, NM. Survived by wife, Gertrude. Married 11/5/37 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Clayton, NM 62 years ago; eight children, Lola and Herb, Betty and Eloy, Gloria and Arthur, JoAnn and Carl, Alberto Jr. and Lydia, Suejane, Ralph and Cathie, Ray and Kelly; 19 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by grandson, Alberto Abran. Albert was retired from the railroad and State of New Mexico Highway Dept. He was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of VFW and American Legion Post 69. A Rosary will be recited this afternoon at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Alameda Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. at the church of the Risen Savior Catholic Parish. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Friends may visit today, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Rosary in the chapel of the Alameda Mortuary. Services are entrusted to Alameda Mortuary, 9420 4th St. NW, Gary F. Santillanes C.F.S.P.
