Silliman -- Doyle Silliman, 70, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday, April 14, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Carole Silliman of Albuquerque; son, Steve Silliman and wife, Jennifer; daughter, Pam Delgado and husband, Chris, all of Bosque Farms and daughter,Vickie Meyer and husband, Mark of Bennett, CO; grandchildren, Doug and Clay Silliman, Adam and Stacie Delgado and Kyle Meyer; brothers, Paul Silliman of West Lake Village, CA and Dwite Silliman of Ankeny, IA; sister, Delorse Haas of Perrysberg, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Walter Silliman and Neola Felton Sillliman. Mr. Silliman owned and operated Baker Commodities, Inc., South Coors Towing, South Coors Truck Salvage, Inc., and S/ Ranch. He was a car owner and member of NM Motor Racing Association, United States Auto Club, founding member of NM Wrecker Operators Association, NM Dismantlers and Recyclers, Board Member of NM Buckskin Horse Association, founding member and President of Colorado Buckskin Horse Association, member of Mile High Buckskin Horse Association, President of Miami, NM Water Users Association and member of the Miami NM Volunteer Fire Department. He was an avid supporter of High School Athletics, Future Farmers of America and 4-H Youth in New Mexico and Colorado. Services will be held Thursday, 10:30 a.m., at Valley Christian Church, 2850 Gun Club Road SW, with Pastor David Morgan officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. Arrangements by French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
