Gallegos -- Elizabeth Armijo Gallegos (1925-2002) loving wife, sister and special auntie passed away May 6, after a long illness. She was a loving care-giver to many nieces and nephews, and also to their children. She was preceded in death by her parents, Patrocino and Juanita Armijo; sister, Anne Padilla; and brother, Robert Armijo. She is survived by her husband, Felipe Gallegos; brothers, Luis Armijo, Ernest Armijo and wife, Victoria; sister, Dorothy Armijo and companion, Esequiel Contreras. Elizabeth helped her family whenever they needed her. Babysitting was her specialty. Burial Mass Thursday 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church. Burial at Mt. Calvary cemetery. Pallbearers Ernie Armijo, Patrick Armijo, Arthur Lee Armijo, Ralph Pargas Jr., Tony Pargas, Joey Blevins. Honorary: Jeremy Armijo, Monica Hernandez, Melissa Cruz. French Mortuary in charge of arrangements. The family wishes to thank the caregivers at Paloma Blanca Nursing Home, Kaseman Hospice and all the friends and family who helped them during this time.
