Linz -- Ann D. Linz, 82, an Albuquerque resident since 1979, was called home to the Lord, our Savior, on Friday, June 14, 2002. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adolph Linz; and her sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Henry Seckler. She is survived by her brother, Konrad Dettweiler and family of Heinrichsheim, Germany; and sister-in-law, Hannah Dettweiler and family of New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. Mrs. Linz was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and an honorary lifetime member and past Treasurer of the Chaparral Chapter of the Family Motor Coach Association. Mrs. Linz and her husband Adolph owned and operated Linz Autohaus Mercedes-Benz dealership in Ft. Wayne, IN, prior to their retirement and move to Albuquerque. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 210 Alvarado Dr. SE, with Pastor John Heffelfinger officiating. Ennichment will be at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church.
