Wohrer -- Walter Carl Wohrer, beloved husband, father, son and friend, died suddenly on June 19, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Amy McGrane; daughters, Fiona and Iris Wohrer; parents, Louis and Luise Wohrer; sister, Dietlinde Zipkin; and many loving relatives and friends. Walter loved his family and his work. He was an expert mold maker. He was born in Austria in 1957 and became a U.S. citizen in May, 2002. Walter attended St. John's College and graduated from UNM. He had been a resident of New Mexico since 1979. His sense of humor, kindness and unique sense of style will be missed by all. Memorial contributions on behalf of the family can be made to the Walter Wohrer Memorial Fund at First State Bank or mailed to 373 North Camino del Pueblo, Bernalillo, N.M. 87004.
