Mims -- Elizabeth Mims, 42, a resident of Albuquerque for three years, died Sunday, June 30, 2002. She is survived by her parents, Roy and Eileen Torcaso of Wheaton, MD; sister, Linda Berstein and husband, Mark of Philadelphia, PA; and brother, Bill Torcaso and fiance, Kate Menard of Boston, MA. Mrs. Mims was the treasurer of the Green Party of New Mexico. She also served as the field coordinator for NADER 2000 New Mexico. Elizabeth attended services at the Albuquerque Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. Cremation has taken place. She will be memorialized at the 11:00 a.m. service this Sunday, at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, held at the La Posada Hotel, 2nd and Central.
