Miera -- Laura A. Wilder Miera, 48, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, loving wife, mother, daughter and friend went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, October 2, 2002 due to an auto accident. She is survived by her husband, Jose Miera; daughters, Cassandra Miera and Christina Velazquez and husband, Juan; son, Chris Ortega and fiancé, Leah; grandchildren, Juanito and Charlie Velazquez; mother, Marjorie Wilder; sister, Teresa Wilder, all of Albuquerque; and numerous other relatives and friends. Laura was preceded in death by her father, Robert Wilder; and grandparents, Mathew and Barbara Schulick. Services will be held Monday, 10:00 a.m., at Church On The Rock, 5300 2nd St. NW, with Pastor Jack Webb officiating. Interment will take place at 2:00 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chris Ortega, Jimmy Miera, Joseph Miera, Nash Lopez, Juan Velazquez, Jerry Miera, Leroy Miera and Mathew Schulick. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
