Serna -- Martin A. Serna, 86, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, November 22, 2002. He is survived by his son, Patrick Serna and wife, Eva of Lancaster, CA; daughters, Patricia Case and husband, John of Livermore, CA and Sandra Madsen and husband, Lyle of San Diego, CA; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and sisters, Virginia Lopez, Ann Romero and Aurelia Gonzales and husband, Ralph, all of Albuquerque. Martin was preceded in death by his wife, Dortha Serna on December 15, 1993; brothers, Paul Serna of Pereris, CA and Julian A. Serna and wife, Vangie of Albuquerque; and brother-in-law, Frank T. Romero. Services will be held Monday, 1:00 p.m., at the Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, 924 Menaul NE, with Deacon Bob Lewis officiating. Interment will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Sunday, 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
