Zubia -- Edna Zubia, 64, passed away in Dallas, Texas, November 27, 2002. She lived in Albuquerque and worked at Zubia Construction Company. Edna will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and friend to all who knew her. Her husband Bob had many fond remembrances of her loving kindness and patience, and described her as the �salt of the earth. She was preceded in death by her step-father in law Miguel Ayala and is survived by her husband, Robert �Bob� Zubia; children, Richard Zubia and wife, Roberta, Laverne Zubia, JoAnna Avila and husband, Ernest, Kenneth Zubia, Matthew Zubia and wife, Anna, Mark Zubia and wife, Ruth, Sylvia Francia and husband, Prudencio, Sally Herrera, Ellen Montoya and husband, Pat, Robert Zubia Jr., Naomi Chavez and husband, Leonard; sister, Coco and husband, Polo; brother, Salvador Chavez; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews other family members and friends who loved and will miss her. Services will be held at Living Water Church, 7002 Acoma Rd. SE. A prayer service and viewing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2002.
