Hernandez -- Mary T. Hernandez, 63, a resident of Albuquerque passed away at home with her loved ones at her side on December 30, 2000. Mrs. Hernandez is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years, Oscar L. Hernandez; her father, Reynaldo Armijo; her mother, Anita Palacio; three daughters, Anna Montes and husband, Mario, Charlotte Chavez and husband, David and Cindy Lopez and husband, Albino; two sons, Larry Smith and wife, Julie and Anthony Hernandez; her sisters and brothers, Marcy Sweem and husband, Bill, Edward Armijo and wife, Eunice, Reynaldo Armijo Jr. and wife, Louisa, Manuel Armijo and wife, Lillian, Henry Armijo and wife, Julia, Esther Valdez and husband, Ray, Mike Armijo and Fernando Palacio; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Mrs. Hernandez was preceded in death by her son, Oscar L. Hernandez, Jr. Mrs. Hernandez was a member of the Catholic Church. The family will be receiving friends after 9:00 a.m., January 6, 2001 in the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Clovis, NM with a Memorial Rosary to be recited at 9:00 followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00. Father Sena, Celebrant. Interment of the cremains will follow in the Clovis Cemetery. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Dr., SW in charge of arrangements.
