Sanchez -- Mr. Felix G. Sanchez, 80, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on January 23, 2001. Mr. Sanchez is the beloved husband of 55 years to Mrs. Bersabe Sanchez. He is also survived by a daughter, Maria D. Sanchez; two sisters, Emma Madesen and Christina Morales; a brother, Joe G. Sanchez; a brother-in-law, Oracio Maez and wife, Helen; sister-in-law, Emily Brendon and husband, Rod; friends, Kim Meyer and Loggie Carrasco and many other friends. Mr. Sanchez was a member of the Catholic Church and a Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II. A Rosary will be recited Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with visitation after 6:30 p.m., Linda Sedillo and Lucille Maez reciting. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW with final viewing at the church after 9:30 a.m., Father Jack, Celebrant. Interment will follow at the San Jose de Armijo Cemetery with military honors. Pallbearers will be Steve Olivas, Michael Maez, Leroy Baca, Keith Chavez, Richard Cutter and Anthony Armijo. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd SW in charge of the arrangements.
