Armijo -- Patrocinio Armijo, 77, a resident of Socorro for the past 40 years, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2001 in Socorro, NM. He was born October 22, 1923 to Fidel and Pablita Martinez Armijo in Quemado, NM. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Frank, Espedion, Dolores, Jesus and Fidelito, sisters, Mary Jane Armijo, Juanita Cordova, Candelaria Foulenfont and Patrocinia Armijo. He is survived by his sister, Refugia,"Cuca" Foulenfont of Prescott, AZ; 32 nephews and nieces and many great-nephews and nieces. Rosary will be recited on Monday, April 16, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. at San Miguel Catholic Church in Socorro. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 17, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Quemado, NM with Father Robert Mathieu as Celebrant. Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Pallbearers are Anthony Peralta, Pete Romero, Marty Romero, Becky Chavez, Brenda Valenzuela and Michelle Valenzuela. Honorary Pallbearers are Danny Armijo, Julian Cordova, Max Larriba, Lorenzo Armijo, Pat Foulenfont, Steve Trujillo, Mark Foulenfont and Danny Armijo.
