Faussone -- Mary A. Faussone, age 96, of Albuquerque, NM passed away Wednesday morning at her son's home in Albuquerque. Funeral Service and Burial will be in Montrose, CO on Tuesday, July 31, 2001. Fuentes -- John Montano Fuentes, 70, a resident of Albuquerque since 1931, died Thursday, July 26, 2001. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Pat Fuentes; daughter, Judy Fuentes Overholser; son, Don R. Fuentes; and granddaughter, Jasah Fuentes Overholser. Mr. Fuentes was born in Roswell, NM and graduated from Albuquerque High School. He received his degree from St. Joseph's College. John served in the U.S. Air Force Intelligence during the Korean Conflict. He worked as a computer analyst for civil service for 37 years until his retirement in 1989. After retirement he worked at Clair Campbell Automotive as office manager and was very active at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church and with the Knights of Columbus. Mr. Fuentes was a beloved husband, father andgrandfather and will be deeply missed by all whom his life touched. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Rosary will be recited Sunday, July 29, 2001, 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. Memorial Mass will be celebrated Monday, July 30, 2001, 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, Lomas at Tennessee NE, with Father Michael Cimino, Celebrant. Granville -- William A. Granville, 66, a resident of Santa Fe for 15 years, died Monday, July 23, 2001. He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Granville-Dirker of Hockenheim, Germany and Lynn Granville of Lancaster, CA; son, Ned Granville and wife, Anne of Lawrenceville, GA; mother, Esther Granville; sister, Susan Conway, both of Albuquerque; and two grandchildren, Nicholas and Caitlin Granville of Lawrenceville, GA. Harner -- Sarah Margaret Harner, daughter of Guy Ira and Harriet J. (Potee) Morse, was born January 29, 1913 at Bellefontaine, OH and departed this life in Albuquerque April 13, 2001 at the age of 88 years. She was preceded in deathy by her husband, John Robson Harner of 46 years in 1988; a sister, Madelyn; and niece, Janet Zook. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Samuel J. (Virginia) Zook Sr. of West Liberty, OH, Sam Zook Jr. and wife, Amy of Mechanicsburg, OH, and a host of friends. A resident of Albuquerque since 1952, and active member of the Hammond Organ Soceity, member of Sandia Senior, charter member of AI, P.E.O., and attended Mountain Christian Church at Cedar Crest. Memorial Service will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday, July 29, 2001 in the Chapel of Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Director, 3113 Carisle NE, with pastor Jack Havens officiating.

Mcelfresh -- Mary Katherine Finkenauer McElfresh (Kay), 78, died at Presbyterian Hospital on July 26, 2001. She is survived by her husband, Ray McElfresh; son, Paul McElfresh and wife, Julee; daughter, Nancy DeWitt and husband, Ben; grandchildren, Matthew, Scott and Karen McElfresh and Mande and Emily Hastings; sister-in-law, Diana Watson; nephews, Steve and Brad Finkenauer; and niece, Vicki Palmer. Kay was born in Denver, CO on January 3, 1923. She and Ray were married in 1945. They moved to Albuquerque in 1954. Kay was a charter member of Hope Evangelical Free Church having helped start the church in 1955. She was an executive secretaryduring her professional career and even into retirement. Kay was a volunteer at Presbyterian Hospital with over 4000 hours of service. She and Ray enjoyed traveling across the U.S. and abroad and researching their family genealogy. Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 30, 2001, 10:00 a.m., at Hope Evangelical Free Church, 4710 Juan Tabo NE, with Dr. Gary L. Hamburger officiating and Bob Wilson assisting. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. Pallbearers will be Ben DeWitt, Jim Hastings, Brad Finkehauer, Matthew McElfresh, Scott cElfresh, and Curt Horton. Medina -- Clarencio Medina, 37, formerly of Albuquerque died, Monday, July 24, 2001 in Detroit, MI. He is survived by his parents, Ralph and Gloria Medina of Albuquerque; brother, Rafael Raul Medina of Albuquerque; sister, Amanda Maimone and husband, Matt of California; and several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. He attended Calvary Chapel. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held Monday, 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Chapel, 4001 Osuna Rd. NE with Pastor Terry Willis officiating. Metz -- Noble C. Metz, Sr., 85, a resident of Albuquerque and Belen since 1969, died Thursday, July 26, 2001. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Georgia Metz of Belen; daughters, Wilma Stanton of Torreon, NM and Jeanne Brixey and husband, Bud; sons, Noble C. Metz, Jr. and wife, Barbara and Richard D. Metz and wife, Katherine, all of Albuquerque; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. Mr. Metz was a WWII Veteran. Services will be held Monday, 11:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Pastor Lemuel M. Boyles officiating. Baker -- Ruth Baker, died Saturday the 21st of July, 2001 at Las Palomas Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ross; and her sons, David and Ross Jr. She was born in Detroit, MI and moved to the Southwest in 1962. She resided in Deming, NM until 1968, when she moved to Tucson, AZ with her husband. In April of 2001, she moved to Albuquerque, following the death of her son to be closer to her daughter. She is survived by one daughter, Kathy Leon-Cleland and husband, Mike; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; two sisters; and one brother. She is now at home with her boys and will greatly be missed here on earth. She will be interred in Tucson, AZ where she will be laid to rest with her husband, and her sons. Sunrise Society is serving the family of Mrs. Baker. (891-8200).

Barker -- Jason Michael Barker, born on April 28, 1978, died unexpectedly at his family's home on Wednesday, July 25, 2001. He is survived by his parents, Michael and Phyllis Barker of Albuquerque; sister, Theresa Feyerabend and husband, Greg; nephews, Joshua and Jeremiah Feyerabend; niece, Julia Feyerabend, all of Tulsa, OK; grandmother, Frances Isenhower; uncle, William Isenhower; grandparents, Wilma and Norman Barker; and uncle, Gary Barker, all of Albuquerque. Jason was a switchmen/conductor on the BNSF Railroad. He was a 1996 graduate of La Cueva High School. Services will be held Monday, July 30, 2001, 11:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. N.E., with Pastor Frank Malizzo, officiating. Betts -- William (Liam) Huntington Betts, 41, passed away at his home in Tijeras on Wednesday, July 25, 2001. He is survived by his loving wife, Becki; step-son, Josh and Elizabeth; mother, Phyllis; step-dad, Angelo; brothers, Wayne, Wesly and their wives and children; grandparents, Evelyn and Charles Schwartz; father and mother-in-law, Richard and Gladyce Marie; uncle, Wayne and aunt, Norma; his Calvary family; and many, many good friends. He was born and raised in Connecticut and came to Albuquerque in 1980, a place he loved and called home. A well known drummer around town, he played with Quarter Moon, Bobby Butherm, Know Name Band. He will be missed by all. Memorial Service will be held at East Mountain Calvary, 379 State Rd. 344 in Edgewood on Monday, July 30, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. Psalms 25.
