PERKINS -- Clara O. Perkins, 77, a resident of Albuquerque, loving mother and grandmother died Thursday, March 3, 2005. She is survived by her children, Dolores Silva and husband, Milton, Felicia Trujillo and husband, Avilio, all of Albuquerque, Joe Lopez and wife, Terry of Ontario, CA, Don Perkins of Albuquerque, Marion Logue of Des Moines, IA, Daniel Perkins and wife, Angie, Charles Perkins and wife, Valerie, all of Albuquerque, Anthony Perkins and wife, Priscella of San Jose, CA, Debbie Gallegos of Albuquerque and Dale Perkins and wife, Leslie of Denver, CO; sisters, Manuella Torres and husband, Bill of San Diego, CA, Sandy Zapata and husband, Alfred of Anthony, TX and Paula Gialorenzo and husband, Lou of Vista, CA; brothers, Robert Ortega and wife, Clem of Vista, CA, Cipy Ortega and wife, Ines of San Jose, CA, Julian Ortega and Feliciano Ortega, Jr., both of Albuquerque; 29 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. SISNEROS -- Mr. Bolais F. Sisneros, 72, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on March 1, 2005. Mr. Sisneros is the beloved husband to Mrs. Della Sisneros, married for 46 years. Mr. Sisneros is also survived by two daughters, Linda Lasater and Lorrie Sisneros; two sisters, Mary Enriquez and husband, Eddie, Trini Jojola and husband, Robert; three brothers, Raymond Sisneros and wife, Eva, Pete Sisneros and wife, Bernice, Luis Sisneros and wife, Frances; three grandchildren, Lori Diane, Christy and Jennifer; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Sisneros was a member of the Catholic Church and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving during the Korean Conflict. A Rosary for Mr. Sisneros was recited Thursday evening at St. Anne Cathoic Church. A final visitation will be Friday morning from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon at St. Anne Catholic Church with Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated at twelve noon by Father Daniel Balizan. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Military Honors by the U.S. Air Force. Pallbearers will be Freddie Sisneros, Louie Sisneros, Steven Sanchez, Ivan Perea, Anthony Sisneros and Randall Sisneros. Honorary pallbearer will be Juan F. Marquez. TRUJILLO -- Ray Christopher Trujillo, 44, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on March 3, 2005. Ray is survived by his fiancee and mother of his children, Judith Romero; two daughters, Diane Trujillo and Raeleen Trujillo; three sons, Jacob Trujillo and girlfriend, Jeri Lynn, Chris Trujillo and Jude Trujillo; his father, Reducindo Trujillo; five grandchildren, Jacob Andrew, Brandy, Jelijah, Angelic and Alyssia; four sisters, Tina Gallegos and husband, Steve, Sally Parra and husband, Alfred, Liz Gallegos and husband, David, Kathy Montoya and husband, Norman; four brothers, Ernest Trujillo and wife, Evelyn, Gerald Trujillo and wife, Karen, Max Trujillo and wife, Carol, Marvin Trujillo and wife, Lucille; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ray was preceded in death by his mother, Nora Trujillo and two daughters, Francean and Jennifer. Ray was a member of the Catholic Church. A visitation for Ray will be Friday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Gabriella Nieto. A final visitation will be Saturday morning in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St. Edwin Catholic Church, 2105 Barcelona SW at 11:00 a.m. by Father Bill Sanchez. Interment will follow at the Los Padillas Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gilbert Gallegos, Ruben Gallegos, Matthew Trujillo, Louis Montoya, Max Trujillo and Gino Romero. VAN ZELE -- Michael Van Zele, 61, a resident of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, March 1, 2005. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Susan; daughter, Courtney Collins and husband, Trigg, all of Albuquerque; son, Christopher and wife, Rachel of Henderson, NV; grandchildren, Van Collins and Hadley Collins and sisters, Martha Goar and husband, Jerry and Susan Van Nuys. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Lyle and Velma Van Zele. Michael was a graduate of Valparaiso University in 1966. He worked in the insurance industry for 35 years. Michael was a member of Grace Lutheran Church where he served as Church Treasurer. Services will be held Saturday, March 5, 2005, 10:00 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church. WATERMAN -- Jane Harris Lewis Waterman, 85, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Monday, February 28, 2005. She is survived by her son, Larry L. Lewis of Aurora, CO; daughter, Bonnie Earp and her husband, Jesse of Tyler, TX; brother, Frank B. Gilmer of Albuquerque; two granddaughters; two grandsons; and six great-grandchildren. Jane was preceded in death by her first husband, Alford Lewis and second husband, L. Grant Waterman. She was a 1938 graduate of Albuquerque High School and a longtime member of First Baptist Church. Jane lived an active life including hiking, fishing, swimming, camping, bowling, and roller skating. She was also a member of the Los Gitanos Campers Group. Jane was a former resident of Vista Del Rio Retirement Center. Services will be held Friday, 2:00 p.m., at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd.NE, with Pastor Steve Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. WILSON -- Theron Dean Wilson, Jr., was born on February 11, 1976 in Albuquerque, NM. He was the son of Theron Dean Wilson, Sr. and Vera L. Posey-Wilson. Theron Jr. is survived also by his sister, Alicia Rael Wilson of Albuquerque; and two half sisters, Constance R. Wilson-Gilyard and Eileen T. Wilson of Austin and Dallas, Texas Respectively. Although Theron Jr. leaves to Cherish a host of aunts and uncles across the country, other aunts and uncles were present to watch Theron grow up. They are: Arthur B. Posey and wife, Dorothy, James Posey and wife, Darlene; and his aunt, Henrietta Posey of Albuquerque; and a host of friends and family. Services will be held Monday, March 7, 2005, 11:00 a.m., at Metropolitan Temple Church of God In Christ, 1120 2nd St. NW. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. BANEK -- Esther Wolf Banek, 87, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 26, 2005. Esther was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin C. Banek, who passed away in 1967, and her son, Joel, who died at the age of 5 years in 1959. She is survived by four of her children, Marlene Sprenger of Santa Rosa, CA, Jerry Banek of Canby, OR, Glyndon Banek and Rod Banek, both of Albuquerque; six grandchildren, Michelle Lahoff, Melissa Banek, Cheri Mosgrove, Amy Heilmann, Branden Sprenger, and Darren Banek; and five great-grandchildren. Esther was born on September 11, 1917 to Jacob and Mary Wolf of New Leipzig, ND. Esther had a vision and a heart for children, and served the Child Evangelism Fellowship organization in several directorship positions for many years. She lived in McLaughlin, SD, Mobridge, SD, Santa Rosa, CA, and Spearfish, SD, before retiring in Albuquerque. She loved gardening and flowers and attended Sandia Baptist Church. We will miss her dearly. Services will take place on Friday, March 4, 2005 in McLaughlin, SD. Arrangements are by Larson's Funeral Home in Mobridge, SD (605) 845-3441.

BOOKWALTER -- Donald M. 87 of Albuquerque, NM was born in Bradford, OH September 12, 1917, and died February 26, 2005. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Cleo, daughters: Sharon and Tere; sons: Martyn, Fred, Joe, and Rob; brothers: Tom and Gene; and sister: Helen along with their families. He was blessed with 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. His life was rich with Love for God, Family, Country, and Golf. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the US, Ireland, and England. He worked in the wholesale lumber business retiring after 50 years. He then volunteered his time serving others with Meals On Wheels, the Albuquerque Art League and at the Vineyard. He never knew a stranger and often had great stories to tell about the people he met on his path of life. A celebration of Don's Life will be held at the Vineyard's Club House located at 6118 Edith Blvd. NE at 2 p.m. on March 4, 2005. BROZOVICH -- Johnnie Ruth Brozovich, 85, a resident of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, March 1, 2005. She is survived by her devoted husband of 58 years, Paul Brozovich; son, Mark Lynn Brozovich and wife, Linda, of Albuquerque; daughter, Paulette Kay Mariotti and husband, Henry, of Lakewood, California; two grandchildren, Jennifer and Evan Mariotti; sister-in-law, Joyce Atwood of Albuquerque; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved sister, Hester Sluga and by three dearly loved brothers, William, Elmer, and Clinton Atwood. She was born in Gladstone and raised in Raton, NM. After her marriage to Paul, they lived in Los Angeles, CA, for 35 years before retiring to New Mexico in 1982. Graveside Services will be held Friday, March 4, 2005, 11:00 a.m., at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE, with Chaplain Lemuel M. Boyles officiating. CARSON -- Dorothy Nadine "Dot" Carson, 89, a resident of Albuquerque for 45 years, died Wednesday, March 2, 2005. She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Olson and husband, Larry, of Albuquerque; two grandchildren, DeDe Long and husband, Scott, and Bob Scholl, all of Albuquerque; six great-grandchildren, Kayla, Megan, Jared Long and Kaytlyn, Madison, Cameron Scholl. She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. "Kit" Carson in 1983. Dorothy was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #89 of Huntington, WV and National Association of Retired Federal Employees.
