Plumeri -- Clara C. Plumeri, 91, a resident of Moriarty passed away Monday May 28, 2001 went home in the arms of her Heavenly Father. She was born November 16, 1909 to Josef and Rosa (Weis) Baur in Bartholoma, Germany. She is preceded in death by her parents, many of her brothers and sisters and her husband, James J. Plumeri. She is survived by her three children, Catherine (Kay) Di Gesu of Moriarty, NM, Vincent Rosario Plumeri of South Hampton, NY, Clara (Bonnie) Franz of Ogdensburg, NY; eight grandchildren; 13 1/2 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. Clara was a very special mother, sister, grandmother and friend to those who knew and loved her. She will be missed very much. Clara will lie in state Wednesday May 30, 2001, 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. at the Harris-Hanlon Chapel in Moriarty, NM. A Memorial Service will be Thursday May 31, 2001 at the Harris-Hanlon Chapel with Pastor Richard Encinias officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM.SAFELY HOME: I am home in heaven, dear ones. Oh, so happy and so bright! There is a perfect joy and beauty In the everlasting light. All the pain and grief is over Every restless tossing passed; I am now at peace forever, Safely home in heaven at last. Gonzales -- Pat M. Gonzales Sr. (Speedy), age 69, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2001. He is survived by his wife, Esther; six children by previous marriage, Pat Gonzales Jr. of Bernalillo, Marie A. Gonzales, James Gonzales, John B. Gonzales and wife, Denise, Gladys Lopez and husband, Mike, Phillip Gonzales and wife, Bertha; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; daughter, Barbara and husband, Andy; and three stepchildren through Esther, Adeline, Denise and Ronny Gonzales; brothers, Emilo Gonzales from Denver, CO, Frank (Kelo) Gonzales and wife, Ella, of Albuquerque, Jerry Gonzales of Albuquerque, Tony Gonzales and wife, Grace of Albuquerque; sister, Rita Garcia and husband, Juan from California; many nephews, nieces, and Godchildren, Richard Ortiz and Michelle Salazar. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2001 at Immaculate Conception on 6th and Copper at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Burial Service at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe.

Moore -- Our beloved husband, father, and friend, Kevin Moore quietly passed away at his home on May 26, 2001. He was born on January 15, 1952 to Grayce and John Moore in Staten Island, NY. He lived in Lexington, KY, Austin, TX and Ogden, UT before moving to Albuquerque, NM nine years ago. It was here that he met his wife, Kathy Miles, whom he married in 1996. Kevin loved to listen to and play many types of music, fly fish, golf and take walks on his land in Tijeras. He was the co-founder and president of the"Raving Migrant Farm Workers and Old Hippie Rescue Squad". Kevin will always be remembered for his unique sense of humor and his deep love for family and friends. He was a man who could always make you laugh and he was known for never giving up - no matter how tough things got. Kevin is survived by his wife, Kathy of Tijeras, NM; three daughters, Hanna Moore of Ogden, UT, Emily Moore of Memphis, TN and Jill Miles of Tijeras, NM; three sons, Miles Moore of Ogden, UT, Andy Miles of Odessa, TX and Bryan Miles of Roswell, NM; and two grandchildren. Also surviving are an aunt, Alice Moore of Austin, TX; a brother, John Moore and wife Mary of Austin, TX; stepmother, Wanda Moore of Dallas, TX; a stepsister, Connie Lowry of Dallas, TX; and three stepbrothers, Bob La Bounty, George La Bounty and James La Bounty, all of Dallas, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2001 at Grace Church, 6901 San Antonio Drive NE, with Pastor Bruce Lininger officiating. Wilson -- Walter Eugene Wilson, 84, a resident of Albuquerque since 1948, died Thursday, May 24, 2001. He is survived by his sister, Doris E. Fugate and husband, James, of Farmers Branch, TX. Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his wife, Nadine, daughter, Linda and brother, Robert Lee Wilson. He was born in Marceline, MO on December 10, 1916 to Walter H. and Mary J. Wilson. Brentan -- Ruth Sklovsky Maxon Brentan, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Friday, May 25, 2001. Ruth graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1936. She lived in Los Angeles from 1954 until 1994 when she returned to Albuquerque. Ruth was the very best mother. To Ruth's many friends and family, she is now"fine". Ruth is survived by her daughters, Sandra James of Los Angeles, CA, and Paula Brentan of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Melissa Denison of Des Moines, IA and Matthew Gassner of Albuquerque; great grandson, Cullen Denison of Des Moines, IA, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Emanuel Brentan, who practiced in Albuquerque until his death in 1953, her sister, Edith Covich, and her brother, Ira Maxon. The family would like to thank all of the Ruth's caregivers, the staff at Delta Hospice and the Montebello. They would especially like to thank Nikki and Laverne for the special care and love they have given Ruth. Schad -- William D. Schad Jr. died Thursday, May 24, 2001. Born January 31, 1909 to Bessie and William Schad. Bill was a longtime member of First Methodist Church in Albuquerque, NM. Served in the U.S. Army with honors during WWII. Bill is survived by a niece, Helen Cline of Fort Collins, CO; and a nephew, James Bailey of Las Cruces, NM. Wells -- Jack "Cracker" Wells, 77, a lifelong resident of New Mexico, passed away in Roswell, NM on May 24, 2001. Jack was born on January 20, 1924 to James L. and Mennel L. (McDaniel) Wells in Gran Quivira, NM. Jack lived in Roswell, NM for 30 years, he was a member of the American Legion and the VFW. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, James Marvin Wells. Jack is survived by a special-special friend, Mildred McDonald of Capitan, NM; three sons, Johnny Bascom Wells, and his wife Norma of Albuquerque, NM, Jack Randall Wells and his wife Julie of Edgewood, NM, Rex Wells and his wife Marjorie of Rio Rancho, NM, Bill Wells and his wife Carolyn of Claunch, NM; three sisters, Nora Mae Austin of Estancia, NM, Dora Ellen Hubbard of San Antonio, NM, Lora Ann Morris of Andrews, TX; five Grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Services are scheduled for Sunday, May 27, 2001 at 1:30 pm at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Mountainair, NM. Burial will be immediately following the service at the White Lakes Cemetery in Gran Quivira. Officiating the service will be Jacks brothers, Vernie and Ray Wells. Pallbearers are Marlin Austin, J.E. Wells, Jeff Wells, Ken Wells, Wendell Wells, Wes Wells, honorary pallbearers are Chester Riley, L.C. Stiles and Ernest Wright. Mauldin -- James A. Mauldin, 72, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2001. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Gwendolyn Nan Mauldin; three children, Kris Mauldin, Kim Hahn, and Kay Carter; one brother, Hubert Mauldin and one sister, Macle Copeland. Mr. Mauldin retired from Sandia National Laboratories in 1981. He then established a successful real estate business specializing in land. Services will be held Saturday, May 26, 2001, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. Sego -- Raymond Starlin Sego"Sty" Memories of such great men never die- husband, father, grandfather and beloved helper to all, Sty Sego of Bosque Farms, 83, died in his home May 23, 2001. He is preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Leroy Bell Sego; mother, Anna Adella Jack Sego; brother, Benjamin Frederick Sego; and daughter, Verna Irene Sego Craig. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Frances Lois Seitter Sego; brothers, Ernest A. Sego and Robert F. Sego; children, Judy Ann Johnson, Raymond Starlin Sego, Jr., Leland Wade Sego, Lane Seitter Sego, Gary L Sego, and spouses; 24 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. He was born February 20, 1918 in Manassa, CO, and was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. After moving to New Mexico in 1957 from Alamosa, CO, he worked as a carpenter and entertained hundreds with his storytelling and acute musical abilities. His honesty, goodness, and strong work ethic will be remembered by all who knew him. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 26 at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Los Lunas Chapel, 160 James St. A viewing will be held at 9:00 a.m. in the Relief Society Room of the LDS Church. A Graveside Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Manassa Colorado Cemetery.
