DOURTE, HELEN MARGARET Age 91, a resident of Albuquerque since 1949, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2012. She was born in Gilman, WI on September 29, 1921 to Alois and Margaret (Fleischman) Bauer. Her father was Mayor of Thorp, WI where he owned a dime store that Helen worked in as a young girl. Helen proudly served her country in the Marine Corps during World War II. She loved to crochet and gave over fifty afghans to others. Helen was blessed with good health most of her life; she was able to enjoy life, appreciate the beauty of roses and do some traveling. Most of all, Helen loved her family and devoted herself to being there for them. She was a living definition of a "homemaker". She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Granville Dourte in 2008 and brother Lawrence Bauer. Helen is survived by her children, Margaret Saunders and husband, Leigh, Patricia Bruner and husband Will, Richard Dourte and wife Christine, Kathleen Arvizu; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and her brother Richard Bauer and wife Jean. A Rosary will be recited on Saturday, December 15, 2012, at 9:30 am at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5311 Phoenix Ave. NE with Mass of Resurrection to be celebrated at 10:00 am. WRIGHT, GEORGE F. JR. Age 77, passed away quietly in the company of his beloved wife of 57 years, Beverly, on Friday evening, December 7, 2012, at his home in Albuquerque. George was employed by Sandia National labs until his retirement. He was a member of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, Mesa Lodge No. 68, Scottish Rite, York Rite, Shrine, Eastern Star and served as Grand Master of Masons of New Mexico. He leaves behind his sweetheart, Beverly; and his children, Kristin Wright of Vancouver, WA and Stanley Wright and wife, Patti of Rio Rancho. Granddad Wright will also be missed by his grandkids, Tim Wright and wife, Michelle, Scott Wright, Jackie Wright, and Katlyn Ryan; and great-grandkids, Kaitlynn Gose and Gage Wright. Friends may visit Thursday, December 13, 2012 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. WAGNER, CLEMENT J. Age 99, a resident of Albuquerque since March 1957, passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2012. He is survived by his children: daughter, Carole Noriega of Albuquerque; son, Terry Wagner, and wife, Susan of Centennial CO; granddaughter, Amy Wagner of Centennial CO; several nieces and nephews in Michigan and Florida; and numerous friends, including cousin, Karen Federici, husband, Fred, and family of Albuquerque. Clement was born to Stella and Joseph Wagner on August 22, 1913 in Saginaw, MI. He married Veronica Makarewicz on September 23, 1944. She preceded him in death on July 5, 2000. He was a design engineer at Sandia Labs and retired in 1973. His family and friends will miss his generosity, kindness, love of his life, and sense of humor, which never wavered. Friends may visit FRENCH - Westside on Golf Course Road on Thursday, December 13, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, December 14, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Church with Father Young, Celebrant. BUTLER, O. PRAEM BROTHER DENNIS age 76, was a resident of Albuquerque, NM, born June 6, 1936 in Waukesha, Wisconsin, passed away on December 12, 2012. Brother Dennis is survived by the Norbertine Community of Santa Maria de Vid Abbey; brother, Brian Butler and wife, June; nieces and nephews, Janet, James, Troy, Dennis and Lori. Brother Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, George and Norma Butler; and sister, Bonnie Rasmussen. Brother Dennis was a Trappist Monk for ten years, leaving to address the needs of his mother. Brother Dennis worked as a systems analyst for PNM for seventeen years; he became a Norbertine in 1992 and was solemnly professed in 1996. PEREZ, ANTONIO LEO Loving brother, uncle and friend went home to be with our Lord and Savior Sunday, December 9, 2012 at the age of 55. He was born to Camilo and Josefita in Albuquerque, NM. Antonio bravely serv- ed in the Army and was a disabled American Veteran and member of the DAV3. Antonio adored his family and loved spending time with them. Antonio is preceded in death by his parents and brother. Antonio is survived by his siblings, Rosie Segura and husband Tony, Mary V. Alderete and husband David, Dolores Barreras and husband Ray, Maggie Castillo and husband Eddie, Bernadette Perez and Mike Martinez, Erlinda Perez and Mark Molina, Avelino Perez, Robert Perez and numerous extended family and friends. All Services will take place at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 300 Stover Ave. SW; Visitation will be Friday, December 14, 2012 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm followed by a reciting of the Rosary at 7:00 pm. GALLAHER, ROY DALE was born on December 16, 1936 in Freer, Texas to Roy Franklin and Lorraine (Bailey) Gallaher. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jack Gallaher; baby sister Gallaher; and his loving wife of 57 years, Mary Katherine (Breece) Gallaher. He was raised in Albuquerque, NM and attended Albuquerque High. He was the quarterback for the Bulldogs, and became a leader in the ROTC. Instead of accepting one of the many Scholarships offered to him, Dale chose to marry the love of his life, Mary K and lead the cowboy life that he truly always loved. He Started as a ranch hand for Albert Harrington on the T.X. Ranch and Mary K was hired as a cook making $300 a month. He eventually was able to purchase his own ranch and go into business for himself. Dale enjoyed trading cars, guns, houses, ranches, cattle and airplanes. His favorites were Colt Bisley single action pistols and he was known as Mr. Bisley in the gun collectors world. His also enjoyed flying. Dale was an avid pilot and was know for his love of Cessna 195 Taildragger airplanes. He loved music. Dale played the drums for Glen Campbell in his early days and he could also play several other instruments and enjoyed singing, and especially dancing with Mary K. Above all, his true loves, were his wife and kids. Dale is survived by his children, Bill Gallaher; Gail Armstrong and husband, Dale; Lynn Major and husband, Randell; and Dan Gallaher; his grandchildren, Kelly, Kayla, KC, Kameron, Lane, Sarah Kate, Matt, and Danielle; his great grandchildren, JD Kersey, Abby Kersey, Kanyon Kern, and Braydon Armstrong; and many other loving family members. With Mary K waiting for him to join her for one last dance, Dale passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. A guy truly can die of a broken heart. A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Montosa Campground Church of the Living Water. Interment will follow in the Montosa Campground Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bill Gallaher, Dan Gallaher, Dale Armstrong, Randell Major, KC Armstrong, and Matt Major. Honorary Pallbearers are Lane Major, Kelly Kern, Kayla Kersey, Kameron Armstrong, Sarah Kate Gallaher, Danielle Gallaher, Eric Kern, Cody Kersey, Amanda Armstrong, and Fran Ganadonegro.
