BOROWIAK, FRANCIS J. "FRANK" Age 64, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015. He was born in Berwyn, IL on July 11, 1950, to Frank Borowiak Sr. and Loretta (Kalka) Borowiak. He attended Morton Jr. College and St. John's College and received his Bachelor's degree in Divinity. Frank was a history buff especially Route 66 and also enjoyed NASCAR. He belonged to the Albuquerque Historical Society, New Mexico Historical Society, National Historical Route 66 Federation, New Mexico Route 66 Association, Anderson Abruzzo and the Albuquerque Balloon Museum Foundation. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus 4th degree, Latin Liturgy Association, and the New Mexico Right to Life Committee. Frank was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Dolores Krause; and his brother-in-law Tom Krause. He is survived by sisters, Mary Jo Benco and her husband Don and Jeanne Adams and her husband Ernie; his brother, Hal Borowiak and his wife Paula; nieces, Sarah Jo Carr and her husband Heath, Jennifer Krause and Nathan Caruso,Amy Sedler and her husband Anthony, Sarah Seamans; nephews, Nate Benco and Monica Garry, Ben Borowiak and Crystal Francis, Joe Borowiak and Kristina Tackett, William Krause; great-nieces and nephews, Kaeleb, Zach, Ali, David and Isaac Carr, Beth and Ethan, Tyler Seamans, Nic Connor, Garry Benco, Kaylin, Kendra Fangio, Zoe Borowiak. PEDRAZA, ANTONIO CHACON Antonio Chacon Pedraza, a resident of Albuquerque, born May 30, 1920, passed away at home on March 3, 2015 with loving family at his side. Antonio is survived by his sons David F., Anthony R. and Michael L.; daughter Martha J. Pedraza, and granddaughter Shane Christine Pedraza. Antonio was preceded in death by his wife Elva F. of 52 years; his parents Plutarco and Refugio Pedraza; and brothers Jose C., Manuel C., Nicholas C., Jesus C., and Plutarco C. Jr. He is survived by his sister Dolores C. Wilson and her husband Glen Wilson; his brother Frank C Pedraza; sisters-in-law Emma F. Pedraza and Margaret Pedraza; and several nephews and nieces. Antonio achieved the status of Master Sergeant and was honorably discharged from the Air force. It is with the deepest sadness but with great admiration that we say goodbye to you for now until we meet again. You fought with all your might, with dignity and perseverance until God knew the warrior was becoming tired and it was time to rest. So he took you into his loving arms and escorted you to the gates of heaven to be reunited with your wife, your parents, your brothers, and family members and friends. SANCHEZ, ANTONIO V. Antonio V. "Tata" Sanchez, 84, a resident of Albuquerque since 1950, passed from this life and reunited with his wife, Celia, on Sunday, March 1, 2015. He is survived by his sons, Antonio F. Sanchez, and wife, Toni, of Dunkirk, MD, Ruben L. Sanchez and David A. Sanchez and wife, Helen all of Albuquerque; 13 grandchildren, Daniel, Teri, Michael, Sierra, Katie Grace, Jason, Bianca "Bonkers," Joseph, Valeria, Antonio "Tony," Jimmie, Shannon and Franklin; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson, and one brother, Donaciano Sanchez. Tata was preceded in death by his wife, Celia "Nana," in 2004. He served in and retired from the US Air Force. He also retired from the US Postal Service after 42 years. SABOL, JOSEPHINE (JAY) Josephine (Jay) Sabol died 3/4/15 at age 93 in her home in Albuquerque, N.M. Born to Italian immigrants she lived most of her life in Somerville, New Jersey before she moved to Albuquerque 10 years ago to be with her loving immediate family. She is survived by her daughter Amy Antle and son-in-law David; grand-daughter Julie Uribe and husband Raul, grandson Joseph Antle; cherished great-granddaughter Aleena Rose Antle; and side-kick, Razzle, her little Yorkie. Jay also leaves behind her devoted brother Dr. Michael Barile and wife Grace; many caring nieces, nephews and their families, and several friends. Her beloved husband Milton (Bill) Sabol died in 1999 after 54 years of marriage. She was the last surviving "Barile Girl". She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Santa Barile, sisters Mary, Stella and Jeanean, brothers Frank and Joe. Jay or "Mama Jay" as she was called in her later years was a gifted artist, great cook, determined gardener, devoted NY Giants fan, lover of fashion, and kind, gentle soul. The family is deeply grateful to Dr. Robert Du Broff, Dr. Devon Neale, Jay's caregiver Cassandra, and Heartland Hospice for their compassionate care. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 4301 Atrisco Drive Albuquerque, NM 87120 at 11 am. Jay's cremains will be taken to Somerville, NJ for burial beside her husband Bill.
