NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING THE NEW MEXICO LOTTERY AUTHORITY Sub-Committee "Finance Audit Committee" Meeting Wednesday, October 19, 2016 Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of New Mexico, Section 10-15-1(D), notice is hereby given that the New Mexico Lottery Authority Sub Committee Finance/Audit will hold a Regular Committee Meeting on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. The Subcommittee will be held at the New Mexico Lottery Headquarters, located at 4511 Osuna Road NE, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Items included on the proposed agenda: Executive Closed Session: FY 16 Financial Audit Exit Conference (Pursuant to the Audit Act, NMSA 1978, Section 12-6-5(A), which declares that the annual audit report is not deemed to be a public record until five days after the report is sent to the New Mexico Lottery Authority)and Internal Audit Reports. Please note the agenda is subject to change. A final agenda will be available to the public at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and will be posted on the website of the New Mexico Lottery Authority, www.nmlottery.com. Please note that agenda items may be taken out of sequence at the discretion of the Chair. All items on agenda may result in Board action.
