BLUEHER -- KENNETH JOE Joe was born on April 25, 1952 in Albuquerque, NM. He passed away at age 60 on Wednesday, July 25, 2012. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Oscar G. and Hope S. Blueher, and by his brother, Arthur G. Blueher. He graduated from Albuquerque Academy in 1970. He spent many years working with his family at Blueher Lumber Company. Joe's absolute love of his family will comfort his sister, Betsy Blueher Truby and husband, Scott Truby; his uncle, Daniel A. Sisk and wife, Katherine; and his many cousins. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial celebration of his life will be scheduled. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. GARCIA -- GABRIEL "JUNIOR" Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 25, 2012. HANNA -- ROBERT J. Through an act of love, greater than our minds can comprehend, Bob was called to Heaven peacefully in the early morning hours of July 26, 2012. He tenaciously loved "life", his family and his business of 60 years, Hanna Plumbing and Heating Inc. He accomplished many years of success doing the things he loved the most. He was married to Marjorie Lyons for 64 years, and raised three children, who all married and made him the loving Grandfather that became Santa Clause every Christmas just for them. He even decorated his motor home in Christmas lights to celebrate the season. He and Marge traveled all over the world with wonderful friends and encouraged their children to do the same. He will be remembered forever by his wife, Marjorie; daughter, Pat and husband Truman West; son, Paul and wife Barbara Hanna; daughter, Eileen Schalk. There are eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son-in-law, Randy Schalk. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held Wednesday August 1, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Road Chapel, 4310 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM. HEPLER -- GERALDINE (WARNER) Geraldine (8-25-1927 to 7-26-2012) born in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Jiles and Zelma Warner. She had two younger siblings, Gordon Warner and Louise Griffin both (deceased). Geraldine (Gerry) moved to New Mexico and Married William D. (Bud) Hepler March, 1946 after a year long pen pal romance which started when Bud found a letter in a foxhole on the beach in Normandy. Bud died just days after their 65th Anniversary. Gerry then moved to Spanaway WA to live with her daughter whose family enjoyed caring for her until her death. Geraldine has three children, William M. Hepler, Patricia (Mohammad) Qavi and Lorraine (Matthew) Kuzior; fifteen grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, and traveling to visit friends and family. Her three sister-in-laws, cousin, nieces and nephews, friends, and her puppy all love and miss her. She was an Elementary school teacher, teaching two years at Otis, two years at Holloman Air Force base, and 23 years at Daniel Fernandez in Los Lunas retiring in 1993. Geraldine is together again with her beloved Bud at the Veteran's Cemetery in Santa Fe New Mexico. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Alzheimer's Association in her name would be much appreciated.

KAHN -- SANFORD IRVING Born 8/8/1927 in Kansas City Missouri to parents Lillian and Tom Kahn. He passed away peacefully at home on Saturday July 28th 2012, surrounded by his family, after a fearless battle with cancer. He was married to the love of his life and his best friend Sharon Kahn for 62 years. Toward the end of World War II he served in the navy where he helped train fighter pilots. During his lifetime he attended Law School, and worked as a record salesman for Columbia Records at the height of Beatles mania. He owned Dictograph Security Alarm Systems, which he sold in 1990. Since then he has enjoyed a life of adventure traveling with family and friends. He loved to play golf and spend time surrounded by his children and grandchildren. Sandy is survived by his wife Sharon, children Marc (Paula), Rick, Carri (John Morgan) and Lori, and grandchildren, Jason, Kyle, Maddie, Lindsey, Zachary, Jack and Samuel Bridge, and numerous niece's nephews and dear friends. He was well loved by his extended family and friends. "And now, the end is here And so I face the final curtain My friend, I'll say it clear I'll state my case of which I am certain I've lived a life that's full I've traveled each and every highway And more, much more than this, I did it my way." Services will be held on Monday, July 30th at 2:00pm at Congregation Albert, 3800 Louisiana NE. In lieu of gifts, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or the Presbyterian Hospice.
