Brumfield -- Mildred Ann Brumfield, 93, a resident of Albuquerque since 1957, died Sunday, December 29, 2002. She is survived by her daughters, Peggy J. Gillham and husband, Russel, and Reita Smith and husband, Paul, all of Albuquerque; son, Rev. Marion R."Hank" Brumfield and wife, Betty of Albuquerque; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Mounce Brumfield in 1987 and son, Rev. Wilbur Brumfield in 1993; 3 brothers, Levy Dial, Clarence Dial, and Joseph Dial. Mrs. Brumfield was born and educated in Lincoln, IL and married Rev. Mounce Brumfield in 1927. They moved to Albuquerque in 1957. She and her husband pastored at First Assembly of God Church in Belen for several years where she was active in the Women's Ministry. Mrs. Brumfield was a member of Tramway Community Church and was very active in the Ladies Prayer Group. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and prayer warrior who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Services will be held Thursday, January 2, 2003, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Pastor Chuck Kofahl and Pastor Terry Wendt officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. Pallbearers will be Darrin Gillham, Kelvin Gillham, Jeffery Brumfield, Brian Brumfield, Randy Smith, Kent Smith, Wendel Brumfield, and Bradley Brumfield. Campbell -- Mildred M. Wallace Campbell, 84, of Indianapolis, IN died December 27, 2002. She was an office administrator eight years for Blocks Department Store, retiring in 1962. She was the widow of Robert C. Campbell. Survivors include companion, Lester Donner; children, Judith R. Stadtfeld and Donna Tafoya; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren. Carrasco -- Joseph D. Carrasco, escorted by angels, went home to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, December 29, 2002. Surrounded by his family and accompanied by prayer and song, he died peacefully. Joseph was a lifelong resident of Los Lunas and member of the San Clemente Catholic Church. Born to Jose Ramon Carrasco and Lugarda Sanchez on October 9, 1928. The eldest of eight children. His brothers are Andres (preceded Joseph in death), Anthony (Libby), and Salvador (Bobby); sisters are Jenny (preceded Joseph in death), Stella, Linda, and Rosemary. Joseph proudly served his beloved country with the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He met and married Hildegarde Eck in Schilersee, Germany. Joseph and Hildegarde had eight children. Hildegarde preceded Joseph in death; she died January 1, 1962. After many years of service, Joseph retired from the University of New Mexico. At UNM, Joseph was a Manager at the Physical Plant. A source of great joy for Joseph was his love of the land and his cattle. Joseph is survived by his sons, Joseph Mario and his son, Jason; Earl Victor, wife Judy and their children, Jean and John; Gregory Michael, wife, Patricia and their children, Michael, Carl, Clare, Carmela, Maria, Matthew; Christopher Timothy, wife, Lisa and their daughter, Karyn; daughters, Renate Stella Lopez and her daughter, June; Jasmine Barbara Tootoonchi, husband, Mohsen and their daughters, Fereshteh and Laila; Heidi Marie Perea, husband, Aaron and their daughter, Tara; Bernadette Irene and her son, Brandon. Pallbearers will be Brandon Carrasco, Carl Carrasco, John Carrasco, Karyn Carrasco, Michael Carrasco, June Lucero, Aaron Perea, and Mohsen Tootoonchi. All Services will be held at San Clemente Catholic Church. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 1, 2002 at 5:30 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 2, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Los Lentes Cemetery. Contreras -- William"Bill" Contreras, 58, passed away December 28, 2002. He was a lifetime resident of Albuquerque. Bill was loving and giving man who loved animals. Coppock -- Don L. Coppock, Sr., 96, a resident of Albuquerque since 1962, died Friday, December 27, 2002. He is survived by his sons, Don L. Coppock, Jr. of Belen and Vern C. Coppock of Albuquerque; daughters, Janet Chavez and husband, Henry of Bosque Farms, Beatrice Miles, Esther Evans and husband, Don, all of Albuquerque, Laverna McCloskey and husband, David of Bosque Farms and Ruth Soflin and husband, Craig of Albuquerque; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Bernice Richards of Goleta, CA; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary and brothers, Keith and Fred Coppock. Don was Labor Commissioner of New Mexico from 1959-1962. He was a life member of B.P.O.E. #408 in Las Vegas, NM, and a Santa Fe Railroad conductor for 21 years. Don was also state director of the Good Sams Club from 1989-1990 and involved with the Zia Roamers and Duke City R.V. Club. Gonzales -- Toby G. Gonzales, 72, a lifetime resident of Punta De Agua, NM passed away Saturday, December 28, 2002 in Albuquerque, NM. Toby was born May 26, 1930 in Punta De Agua, NM to Adenago and Francisquita (Griego) Gonzales. He married Elvira M. Torres November 20, 1948 in Torreon, NM. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Elvira M. Gonzales of Punta De Agua, NM; four sons, Charles and wife, Stella Gonzales, of Alamogordo, NM, Marshall and wife, Angela Gonzales of Los Lunas, NM, Norm and wife, Frances Gonzales of Punta De Agua, NM, and Michael Parsons of Prescott, AZ; five daughters, Rachel Mason of Lancaster, CA, Frances and husband, Mario Candelaria of Albuquerque, NM, Mary Ann and husband, Ernest Velasquez of Albuquerque, NM, Clare and husband, Guy Lopez of Black Lake, NM, Liza and husband, Jacob Tafoya of Los Lunas, NM; one brother, Frank and wife, Matilda Gonzales of Albuquerque, NM; 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Gundrum -- William (Bill) Gundrum, 51, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, December 28, 2002. He was a member of the Westside Family Chapel. Bill was a loving father and a good friend to many. His brother, George Gundrum preceded him in death in 1990. Bill is survived by Christine Murphy Gundrum of Los Lunas; his sons, Stephen, Kaleb, and Joshua Gundrum all of Los Lunas; his daughter, Faith Gundrum of Los Lunas; his parents, George and Ivalou Hoffman Gundrum of South Amboy, New Jersey; his brother, Christopher Gundrum of Lavallette, New Jersey; his sisters, Jeannine Hogan of Brick, New Jersey, Mary Oliver of Toms River, New Jersey; and many friends. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 1, 2003 at Riverside Funeral Home between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. at Grace Fellowship located at 3384 Hwy. 47 in Los Lunas. Kelly -- Robert P. Kelly. The Kelly family is saddened to announce the death of Robert P. Kelly, beloved husband, father, grandfather, mentor, and friend. Bob's gifts to us have been many. His virtue and generosity, his consistency and skill, his profound love of God, wife, family, and friends--through these Bob has inspired us all. Those of us who looked to Bob as a source of strength know how his presence will be missed and how his spirit will continue to thrive in everything we do. Robert Parker Kelly was born on July 17, 1929 in Highland Park, IL to Tom and Ita Kelly. A resident of Albuquerque since 1943, Bob graduated from St. Mary's High School and attended The University of New Mexico. For over 40 years, he worked at Sandia National Laboratories, where his duties included department manager of both labor relations and security; he retired in January 1992. Bob was an avid Notre Dame football fan and an avid golfer who once won the Kelly Golf Invitational, an annual event he relished. He was a respected member of Annunciation Parish for over 40 years, where he acted as a lector, a Eucharistic Minister, and a member of both the Social Concerns Ministry and of the Companions on the Journey. The great joy of Bob's life was his large and devoted family, which includes his wife Dolly, his seven children and their spouses (Bob and Barbara Kelly; Jane and Jim Blankenship; Mike and Marianne Kelly; Pat Kelly and Lori Hunt; Brian and Julie Kelly; Dan and Suzanne Kelly; Matt and Marianthe Kelly), his fifteen grandchildren (Jennifer and husband Phil Lewis; Crystal, David, and Jonathan Kelly; Sarah, Sam, Mary, and Leah Blankenship; Meghan Kelly; Sophie, Aidan, and Catherine Kelly; Camille Kelly; Jane and Claire Kelly), and his two great-grandchildren (Arwyn and Alhana Lewis). To his wife Dolly, Bob was a loving husband and friend for over 52 years; to his children and grandchildren, he was a model of warmth and integrity; and to all who knew him, Bob Kelly was a man of intelligence, sensitivity, and fine company. Bob is also survived by his brother Jim and his wife Theresa, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Tom. Kruse -- William R. Kruse, 82, a resident of Albuquerque since 1980 passed away Saturday, with his family at his side. He was born in Vinton, IA on September 29, 1920. During World War II he served in the Army Air Corps. During his life he had various occupations including teaching, counseling, salesman, and car dealer. He engaged in many hobbies throughout his life including golf, bridge, fishing and reading. He loved discussing life's issues with anyone who was interested. He was preceded in death by his wife, Opal. He is survived by four daughters, Mary and husband, Mark Werner, Barbara Kruse, Debi Kruse and husband, Tom Kinney, Suzanne and husband, David Vick; his sister, Joanne and husband, Richard Smith; his two brothers, Thomas Kruse and Mark and wife, Dorothy Kruse; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandson. He has been cremated and a private Memorial Service will be held in Newport Beach, CA.

Rittenhouse -- Mrs. Susan Rittenhouse Blair, age 49, of Plano, TX passed away December 28, 2002 at the Medical Center of Plano. She was born March 19, 1953 in Houston, TX to Jack DeVere and Charlotte (High) Rittenhouse. On August 26, 1974 she married Dennis S. Blair in Albuquerque. Mrs. Blair was a volunteer at the Medical Center of Plano for the last 13 years. She was an avid amateur Genealogist and a member of the Vineyard Christian Fellowship Church in Plano, TX. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Blair of Plano; mother, Charlotte Rittenhouse of Albuquerque; daughters, Elizabeth Anne Blair and Ashley Marie Blair both of Plano; brother, David Rittenhouse of Chicago, IL; and sister, Anne Briley and husband, Harry of Livermore, CA. She was preceded in death by her father; and brother, Douglas Rittenhouse. Visitation with the family will be held from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Thursday, January 2, 2003 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in McKinney, TX. Schwab -- Elmer (Bud) Schwab, 74, resident of Albuquerque since 1958, born in Riverdale, NE died December 24, 2002. He was a loving husband, father, brother and friend. Survived by his wife of 49 years, Shirley; son, Douglas of Albuquerque; daughter, Rhonda and husband, Keith; and his two beloved grandchildren, Erika and Kellen all of Phoenix, AZ; sister, Mayme Hughes and husband; and a niece and nephew. Preceded in death by sister, Betty Jean; and his parents. Proudly served in the United States Navy. He was in the construction business for 27 years. Enjoyed fishing, bowling, gardening and woodworking. He enjoyed his life to the fullest and will be greatly missed. Cremation has taken place and burial will be at Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date. Donations can be made to the American Heart Association or Alzheimer's Association.

Trainor -- Kathryn Felicitas Trainor, 83, was raised in Albuquerque and died Thursday, December 26, 2002. She is survived by her husband of more than 58 years, Lt. Col. (Ret) Thomas G. Trainor of Albuquerque; sons, Thomas G. Trainor of San Diego, CA, Robert H. Trainor of Herndon, VA, Richard L. Trainor of Philadelphia, PA; and 4 grandchildren, Christopher R. Trainor, Mathew N. Trainor, Erin E. Trainor, and Sarah Trainor, and numerous other nieces and nephews. Kathryn graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1937, and attended UNM. She was a secretary for the U.S. Soil Conservation Service where she received outstanding performance awards. She was a member of Saint Bernadette Catholic Church, Alpha Chi Omega Sorority, Catholic Daughters of America, and the 455th Bomb Squadron Assoc. Wives Club. She enjoyed national and international travel, cooking, listening to country and big band music.
