Obituary for Kruse

William R. Kruse, 82, a resident of Albuquerque since 1980 passed away Saturday, with his family at his side. He was born in Vinton, IA on September 29, 1920. During World War II he served in the Army Air Corps. During his life he had various occupations including teaching, counseling, salesman, and car dealer. He engaged in many hobbies throughout his life including golf, bridge, fishing and reading. He loved discussing life's issues with anyone who was interested. He was preceded in death by his wife, Opal. He is survived by four daughters, Mary and husband, Mark Werner, Barbara Kruse, Debi Kruse and husband, Tom Kinney, Suzanne and husband, David Vick; his sister, Joanne and husband, Richard Smith; his two brothers, Thomas Kruse and Mark and wife, Dorothy Kruse; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandson. He has been cremated and a private Memorial Service will be held in Newport Beach, CA.
