Baker -- SYDNEY BAKER 5-12-32 to 9-27-00 HAPPY BIRTHDAY If today started without me and I wasn't here to see, if the sun should rise and find your eyes filled with tears for me. I wish so much you wouldn't cry the way you did today, while thinking of the many things we didn't do or say. I know you love and miss me, but please try to understand, an angel came and called my name and took me by the hand. She kindly said my place was ready in heaven far above and that I'd have to leave behind all those I dearly loved. When I walked through heaven's gate I felt so much at home, God looked down and smiled at me from his golden throne. He said"this is eternity and all that I have promised you, life on earth has passed, but here it starts anew". There was a purpose in our meeting and a time for us to part, it's all of God's great plan, a finish and a start. I am so consumed with peace and greatness I never knew, I can't wait for the day I can share it all with you. So if today started without me, we are not very far apart. You have made a wonderful place for me right here in your hearts. Pops, your laughter races through our hearts, your jokes ring through our brains, today, tomorrow and forever will never be the same. You are my hero, my grandfather, my best friend. The bond between us, it shall never end. So I kiss you, bless you and love you and somehow we knew we had to let you go. Love always and forever, Your granddaughter, Yvonne and family
