Perez -- In Loving Memory Fidel J. Perez October 27, 1944 - March 25, 1999Dad, Well, what can I say . . . this has been a very difficult two years. They say time heals all wounds, but the pain of your absence is still sharply felt in our hearts and lives every day. Everyone speaks so fondly of you and words cannot express how proud I am to be your daughter. I love hearing all the wild stories about you when you were younger -- I guess the apple doesn¯t fall too far from the tree now does it? Luckily, I acquired that wonderful sense of humor you possessed. You will always remain my favorite father -- ¯and we both know where the car is on Friday nights! (Although it¯s a Suburban these days . . . I treasure the letter you wrote me so many years ago -- when I was a teenager in trouble for doing stuff you did in your teenaged years!) Just know I give thanks every day to you and Mom for raising me to be the woman I am today. With undying love, I remain your favorite (and only - haha) Daughter. Chrispina
