Morford -- Frances Myles Morford, age 80, of Santa Fe, died on Sunday, August 29, 1999. She was preceded in death by her husband, John J. Morford; and her brother, George Anderson Myles. Mrs. Morford was born in Clifftop, WV, to the late George and Ollie Myles. Professionally, she was a medical secretary and worked many years for the late Bergere Kenney, MD. She was an auxilian at St. Vincent's Hospital. She was a member of White Shrine and an active member of Rodeo Road Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Morford Sneesby and husband, Lee and Jan Morford Pacheco and husband, Lawrence, all of Santa Fe; grandchildren, Sonja Lynne Ortega of Albuquerque, Christin Myles Chavez and husband, Jim of Albuquerque, Alisa Pacheco-Lopez and husband, Mark of Santa Fe, John Wesley Pacheco of Santa Fe, Shannon Dawn Ortega of Albuquerque and Tania Nichole Pacheco of Santa Fe; and great-grandchildren, Dakota Taz Lopez, Armando Jon Ortega, Wesley Elias Pacheco, Tre Isiah Chavez and Patrick Austin Chavez. A Memorial service will be conducted on Thursday, September 2, 10:00 a.m., at Rodeo Road Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Schuster -- Elizabeth Schuster, rancher, farmer, homemaker, 92. Elizabeth Rose"Betty" Schuster died August 23rd. She was born May 6, 1907 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Her interests included quilting, playing bridge, and caring for her pets. She also enjoyed socializing with her circle of close friends. She is survived by her daughter, Jane Carter, Tucson, AZ; a grandson, Tenney Carter; and her great-grandson, Mark Carter, both from Boulder, Colorado. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the American Heart Association.

Sisneros -- Mr. Ramon Sisneros died Monday in Albuquerque at the age of 88. Mr. Sisneros was preceded in death by his wife, Julia Sisneros; son, Dennis Sisneros; and daughter, Rita Sisneros. He is survived by his sons, Joe Sisneros, Carlos Sisneros, Ray Sisneros, Larry Sisneros, Jerry Sisneros and frank Sisneros; daughter, Cecilia Fernandez; brother, Rudy Montano; sister, Mary Mirabal; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Memorial services for Mr. Sisneros will be held on Thursday at the San Jose Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow at the San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Toth -- Joseph Toth, 90, a resident of Albuquerque since 1973, died Monday, August 30, 1999. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Dorothy Toth of the family home; daughter, Nancy Spisak and husband, John of Bella Vista, AR; sons, Dick Toth and wife, Sharon of Albuquerque and Don Toth and wife, Louise of Brecksville, OH; granddaughters, Debbie McDevitt and husband, Ron of Bosque Farms, Donna Turner and husband, Randy and Dorrie McDevitt, all of Albuquerque; grandson, Tony Hurtfield of Cleveland, OH; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sisters-in-law, Grace Skinner, Lenore Ball, and Gertrude Plesmid and husband, Joe; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Toth was a member of C.S.A. Lodge of America. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Services will be held Friday, September 3, 1999, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Pastor Rick Donaho officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. Pallbearers will be Randy Turner, Ronald McDevitt, Ryan McDevitt, and Robert Turner. Vona-Starr -- Vona- Marilyn Vona-Starr----Today our mommy kissed us and held us to comfort us in her last hours on this earth. It was just like mom to be concerned about us and our last good-byes before she left this world to go home. Last night the entire world mourned the loss of a truly remarkable woman. Marilyn Vona-Starr, age 56, died on August 30, 1999 at midnight due to a major aneurysm. She is survived by her mother, Emma Vona; husband, David Starr; children, Lisa, Gina, Santo and Michael; grandchildren, Priscilla, Jessica, Darbie, Nicholas, Johnathan, and Gianni. Mom recently graduated from California State University of Northridge, earning a dual major in business finance and real estate. She was a devoted, loving and caring spouse and mother to her husband, children and grandchildren. She will surely be missed. Mom was the best mommy and best friend any child could ever hope to have. Last night God opened His glorious gates to heaven to walk his newest angel home to be with a truly remarkable man, her daddy, John Vona. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.

Wood -- Lynn Raymond Wood, age 58, was received into the arms of his Lord and Savior on Sunday, August 29, 1999. A native of Albuquerque, Mr. Wood was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Ruth Wood and Bliss De Wood and his maternal grandmother, Chloe Bossa. He was a life-long member of the Church of Christ, a graduate of Valley High School, and he served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie of the family home; his daughter, Diana Perry and husband, Ken; son, Alan Raymond of North Hollywood, CA; and daughter, Debra Stinger and husband, Devin of Tualatin, OR. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Chapel of Sandia Funeral Care, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE. Following the service, friends are invited to meet and share refreshments with the family at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Hall, 1860 Griegos Road NW. Aragon -- Nora Hern Aragon, age 73, passed away August 29, 1999. She is survived by her loving husband, Narcisco Aragon; one son, Martin Aragon and wife, Frances; one daughter, Gertrude Baxter; one brother, Ed Hern and wife, Ella; one sister, Nellie Hern; one grandson, Steve Baxter; one great-granddaughter, Victoria Baxter. Nora was a member of the Lyons Club, and a member of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church; she loved square dancing, fishing and croquet. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated today at 12:00 p.m., afternoon also at the Church with interment to follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Charlie Hern, Jimmy Hern, Sam Garcia, Sam Hern, Norman Hern and Patrick Looney. Honorary pallbearers will be the Alameda Lyons Club. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made either to the American Heart Association or the New Mexico Diabetes Foundation. Bradley -- Charles A."Jack" Bradley, 84, a resident of New Mexico since 1938 and of Albuquerque since 1943, died Monday, August 30, 1999. He is survived by his wife, Francis M. Bradley of Albuquerque; sons, Charlie E. Bradley of Bloomfield and David L. Bradley and wife, Jackie of Albuquerque; daughters, Roselyn M. Ruona and husband, William of L'Anse, MI, Maggie Sarber and husband, Frank of Ketchikan, AK; sons, Donald L. Bradley and wife, Patricia, Paul H. Bradley and wife, Juanita, Omar C. Bradley and wife, Doris and Bob Mathes and wife, Sue, all of Albuquerque; 15 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Patrick J. Bradley; parents, Dave and Sallie Bradley; sisters and brothers, Edna Cherokee Amos, Ed Bradley, Delila B. Holson and Raymond Bradley. Jack was born on May 29, 1915 in Sequoyah County, OK as a birthrite member of the Cherokee Nation. In 1935, after graduating from the Haskell Institute, he began working in Oklahoma with the C.C. Camps, as part of the W.P.A. until 1938. Jack then began working with the Jicarilla Agency, Bureau of Indian Affairs, in Dulce, NM and after moving to Albuquerque, worked with the United Pueblo Agency, retiring in 1972. He was instrumental in helping to work with flood control in the North Valley before A.M.A.F.C.A. was established. Jack was a founding member and first president of the Albuquerque Archaeological Society and a founding member of Cherokees of New Mexico. He was also a member and former president of the Haskell Club Alumni Association in Albuquerque and had affiliated memberships in Arizona and Oklahoma. Jack was active with the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts of America. He was an avid outdoorsman and sportsman, who loved to fish and hunt. Jack was also a member of the Harwood United Methodist Church. Services will be held Thursday, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Wednesday, 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Haskell Indian Nations Scholarship Fund, 155 Indian Ave., Box 5011, Lawrence, KS, 66046.
