They were generous with their time and money, working as a team in organizations such as Beef Improvement Federation (BOD), Production Registry International, American Angus Association (BOD), Certified Meat Sires, NM and TX Angus Associations, ASCS County Committee, SCS Committee, Crops and Stabilization Board, NM Cattle Growers Association, San Jon School Board (25 years), REA (BOD 45 years), NM Constitution Convention, NM State Livestock Board, United Methodist Church, Women's Society of Christian Service (State Offices), FFA, Cowbells, Democratic Party, BSA, etc., etc. Her four younger brothers preceded Addie Lee in death.
