Sanchez -- IN LOVING MEMORY OF TEDDY P. SANCHEZ May 4, 1967 - October 1, 1987 When The Trees Are Turning Gold It's that time of year, dear Teddy When the trees are turning gold, The leaves are rusty crimson And the air is getting cold. The balloons bring cheer to others, they are truly"Works of Art". But we struggle with our memories, We try to mend our aching heart.Did you choose this busy season, to take our minds away from grief? Were you hoping to distract us, at this"time" and bring relief. From our painful sense of loss, from the void you left down here. Did you think the blow would soften, leaving at"this time of year."Well, the trees are truly golden and their leaves are crimson red. But their beauty just reminds us, of our loss, dear Angel Ted. People tell us to remember, "Time will heal", is what were told. Yet we feel our loss most deeply, "When the trees are turning gold." By Mom, we'll love you forever, Mom, Dad, and Brothers. Copyright 1992, may not be copied without written permission of Sally R. Sanchez.
