Woods -- Virginia Clorinda Sandoval Woods, born July 2, 1950 in Las Vegas, New Mexico, died Monday, October 29, 2001 in Greenville, South Carolina, after a short illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clorindo and Stella Sandoval; brothers, Pete and Manuel Sandoval; and grandson, Christian Cordova. She is survived by one daughter, Judy Ann Cordova and husband, Barry; two sons, Richard and Paul Sandoval; seven grandchildren; one brother, Sam Sandoval and wife, Vicky; six sisters, Monica Gabaldon and husband, Tom, Priscilla Cabrera and husband, David, Carmen Grzelachowski and husband, Jerry, all of Albuquerque, Marian Ortiz and Teresa Gilbert of Las Vegas, Nevada, Tillie Trammell and husband, Jim of Gladstone, MO; numerous nephews and nieces; and many grandnephews and grandnieces. Funeral Services for Virginia will be conducted on Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Mending Broken Hearts Ministries, 1209 Isleta SW, Albuquerque, with her sister, Pastor Priscilla Cabrera officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Earl Santillanes, Eddie Gilbert, Paul Santillanes, Luis Hernandez, Rodrigo Navarro and Gerald Sandoval. Honorary pallbearers will be Jolene Grzelachowski, Stella Sandoval, Patsy Navarro and Denice Gonzales. Arrangements by Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
