Mcanelly -- Barbara R. McAnelly, 86, a resident of Albuquerque since 1948, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2001. She is survived by her sister, Geraldine Ducey of Toledo, OH; sons, Dr. Mark McAnelly who is a Dentist here in Albuquerque and his wife, Claudine and Eric McAnelly an Attorney in Houston, TX and his wife, Elaine; grandchildren, Carolyn Farran a teacher in Albuquerque, Pamela Brame and Charity McAnelly, both of Austin, TX, Barbara and Jacquelyn McAnelly, both of Houston, TX, Julia McAnelly of Oakland, CA and Darrin McAnelly of Los Angeles, CA. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Ralph McAnelly; and her daughter, Rosalyn Farran who was a teacher with APS. She was born on May 15, 1915 in Woodville, OH. Barbara attended Heidleburg University in Tiffin, OH. Barbara and Ralph, were members of St. Paul�s Lutheran Church since 1948 and Barbara was active with the church circle group. She was also a longtime member of The League of Women Voters, and was active in many political and environmental causes, and greatly enjoyed her involvement in these causes. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held Friday, 2:00 p.m., at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, 924 Menaul NE. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Living Through Cancer, 323 8th St. SW, 87102.
