Nelson -- Betty Jane Nelson, a resident of Albuquerque for over 30 years, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2001. She is survived by her husband, Richard Nelson of Albuquerque; sons, Karl Nelson and wife, Jolene, and Jimmy Nelson, all of Albuquerque, Dr. Steven Nelson and wife, Jena, Dr. David Nelson and wife, Nancy, all of Houston, and Scott Nelson and wife, Tonya of Albuquerque; mother, Billy Cochran of Albuquerque; and 8 grandchildren. Services will be held Wednesday, September 26, 2001, at 2:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Rev. Guy Lynch officiating. Friends may visit French Mortuary,10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Tuesday, September 25, 2001 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
